The hereby General Terms of Sale (G.T.S.) rule without exceptions the sales of clothes and accessories (called hereafter « Products ») on the e-store DA/DA Diane Ducasse (called hereafter « Website ») between the company DA/DA, owner of the brand Diane Ducasse, and its non-professional customers (called hereafter «Customers» ).

The company is a limited liability company with a capital stock of 30 000 Euros, established at 74 rue de Rennes, 75006 Paris – France, registered under the number 818 193 740 at Registre du Commerce et des Sociétés (RCS) de Paris.

The DA/DA Diane Ducasse company, guarantor of the image and policy of distribution of the brand DA/DA Diane Ducasse, reserves the use of the Website to legal non-professional Customers living in Metropolitan France, Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Greece, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom and agreeing not to resell the products after buying them.

The hereby G.T.S. are available on the website for the Customers in order to help them place their orders. An updated version will be uploaded every time the DA/DA Diane Ducasse company modifies them, which can be done at any time. As a consequence, placing an order on the Website involves full consent of the Customer to the applied G.T.S.

Ordering one or several Products on the Website is a process initiated by the Customer, which requires several steps.

Resale of products purchased on the website is strictly forbidden; therefore each order is limited to 10 products only.

Order approval and confirmation by the DA/DA Diane Ducasse company:

The DA/DA Diane Ducasse company undertakes to honour orders only within the limit of available product stock. The company does its best to only sell on the Website products that are actually available.

After order registration by the Customer, the DA/DA Diane Ducasse company may refuse the aforementioned order, notably in the following cases :

Litigation with the Customer regarding a previous payment
Systematic or abusive returns
Products ordered in abnormal quantities

If an ordered product is unavailable, the DA/DA Diane Ducasse company undertakes to inform the Customer as soon as possible. The Customer is then able to modify, cancel, or ask for a refund of part or of the entire order.

Once the order is treated and accepted, the Customer receives an e-mail confirming the availability of this order and indicating the package delivery date.

The DA/DA Diane Ducasse company does its best to deliver according to the country and weight of the order. The shipping time will be specified upon confirmation of the order.

The shipping time depends on your choice and will be specified upon confirmation of your order. The DA/DA Diane Ducasse company will ship your orders in France by a pick-up & go location (Mondial Relay), by standard mail (Colissimo) or in express (DHL) according to your choice and internationally in express (DHL).

Orders placed on the website and destined outside of France may be subject to taxes or custom fees specified upon delivery.

These taxes or custom fees are the customers responsibility and at his/her cost.

The DA/DA Diane Ducasse company is not responsible for informing the customer of these taxes or custom fees.

In case of absence of the addressee at the time of delivery in Eastern Europe, Maghreb, USA, Canada, Africa, Middle East, South America, Asia, Oceania, the package will automatically be returned at the customer’s cost. The cost will be specified according to the destination.

Orders can only be placed with a credit/debit card (Bleue, Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard).

Confidential information (16 digit card number, expiration date and visual cryptogram) will be directly transmitted as encrypted to the concerned payment platform without transiting through the DA/DA Diane Ducasse server.

In order to guarantee the utmost security, each payment by credit card is processed under the Secure protocol that verifies the customer’s ID. This verification process is ensured directly online by the Customer’s bank according to a method depending both on each credit card’s type and each bank policy.

The DA/DA Diane Ducasse company may refuse to process an order in case of any existing litigation with the client, total or partial absence of payment, a payment via a card that has been unauthorized or refused, or for any other reason that the company has the rights to explain to the customer. In which case the company’s responsibility cannot be challenged.

Once the order is validated, payment is routed in real time to the secure payment’s administrator, which will contact the card’s network to demand validation. In return the payment system’s administrator delivers an electronic certificate.
After payment validation, the Customer receives an e-mail to acknowledge receipt of the order registration.

The DA/DA Diane Ducasse company has a ten (10) days return policy: any unwanted items must be shipped/postmarked within ten (10) days of receipt.

The customer has a right of withdrawal that they may exercise, without having to give their reasons, for a period of seven (7) clear days as from the time of receiving the items. In this context, they have the option to return the items delivered during this timeframe, in their original packaging, in perfect condition, undamaged, and neither spoilt nor dirty, and fully complete (with any accessories, notice, guarantee, etc.) and accompanied by a copy of the sales invoice and a return slip. It will be up to the customer to keep any proof of having made this return, which presupposes that the items are returned by recorded delivery or by any other means that makes it possible to establish a certain date. At all events, the customer will be responsible for paying for the cost of returning the items.

The DA/DA Diane Ducasse company will cover return shipping costs.

The Customer undertakes to inform in the meantime the DA/DA Diane Ducasse company’s customer service by sending, if possible, a copy of the report sheet. The DA/DA Diane Ducasse company will do its best to reach an agreement with the Customer regarding the refund of the Customer.

The customer must send the order back within 6 days for orders placed in France, or 9 days for orders placed in Europe and internationally. This rule applies starting from the day he/she has informed the company of his/her intention to return the order. In case the customer doesn’t respect the return obligation policy by sending the order the exact way he/she received it within 6 days, the company witholds the rights to not refund the customer’s card (used for purchase) with the amount equal to the price (plus TVA) of the damaged good the company did not receive.

The company will refund its customer upon receiving the invoice within a 14 days timeframe.

All extra costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

The Customer can use his/her right of cancellation within seven (7) working days after the receipt and acceptance of the package without providing any justification.

If the seven (7) days period expires on Saturday, Sunday or on a bank holiday, the period will be extended until the next first working day.

For a first order, or if the Customer doesn’t have an account yet, the Customer fills in all the required fields of the registration form.

The Customer has to check thoroughly the provided personal address and phone number as well as the delivery address if those two addresses are different. The company cannot be held responsible for the non-delivery of an order if the address provided by the addressee is inaccurate or incomplete.
The customer’s personal information is protected by a password in order for the customer only to have access.

According to the amended law of January 6th 1978, users have the right at any time to access, modify, correct, and delete their personal data, as well as oppose the treatment and commercial use of these data by the company.

Les données nominatives collectées sur le SITE sont nécessaires au traitement de la commande et plus généralement à la gestion des relations commerciales de la SOCIETE avec ses CLIENTS et sont destinées à la SOCIETE. 

Pour effectuer des achats sur le SITE, le CLIENT doit créer un compte, choisir une adresse e-mail et un mot de passe qui lui seront demandés à chaque fois qu’il souhaitera y accéder. Les informations personnelles du CLIENT sont ainsi protégées par un mot de passe de façon à ce que le CLIENT, et lui seul, y ait accès. La SOCIETE recommande au CLIENT de ne le divulguer à personne. Le CLIENT doit en outre se déconnecter de son profil et fermer la fenêtre de son navigateur à l’issue de chaque session de travail, particulièrement dans le cadre de l’utilisation par le Client de matériel informatique collectif. Le CLIENT évitera ainsi que des utilisateurs n’accèdent à ses informations personnelles. Le CLIENT est seul responsable de la confidentialité de son mot de passe. Le CLIENT supportera seul les conséquences de toute utilisation frauduleuse de son mot de passe. 

Conformément à la loi du 6 janvier 1978, le CLIENT dispose d’un droit d’accès aux données nominatives le concernant qu’il pourra exercer par écrit auprès du Service Relation Clientèle et ce, sans préjudice du droit dont il dispose par ailleurs de s’opposer aux conditions précitées à l’utilisation de ses données nominatives à des fins de sollicitations commerciales par la SOCIETE seule ou en partenariat avec d’autres sociétés et/ou directement par des tiers, sociétés cessionnaires des dites données nominatives.

Tout litige commercial, administratif ou logistique doit être notifié par écrit au plus tard vingt jours ouvrés après livraison des Produits. A défaut de réclamation dans ce délai, sauf accord écrit de la SOCIETE, le CLIENT sera réputé avoir approuvé la vente. En conséquence, le CLIENT renonce à tout recours, en non-conformité et au titre d’une facture ou d’un avoir établi par la SOCIETE, le délai ci-dessus échu. A défaut de solution amiable il est attribué compétence exclusive pour tous litiges qui s’élèveraient entre les parties à l’occasion de leurs rapports commerciaux ; au Tribunal de Commerce de Paris, quels que soient le lieu de livraison et le mode de paiement même en cas d’appel en garantie ou de pluralité de défendeurs.

Returns and exchanges

All products offered on our website are in stock, therefore expedited the same day the order is placed if before 3pm, from Monday to Friday.

For orders in Metropolitan France (except Corsica), orders placed with :
– Mondial Relay will be deposited in the selected pick-up & go location within 3/5 days and will be waiting in 10 open days.
– Colissimo will be sent to the delivery address stated within 48 hours.
– DHL express will be sent to the delivery address stated within 24 hours.
For other destinations, the delivery time depends on the destination’s country.

Colissimo and DHL delivery : in case of absence, a delivery notification will be dropped in the custommer’s mailbox. Your package will then be available for 15 days at your local post office.

In case of a problem, do not hesitate to contact us.

The Customer cannot return Products that have been worn and/or washed. Moreover, Products have to be carefully placed with their tags inside their original packing, in an appropriate package.
If the Customer fails to respect these conditions within the period of time previously defined, the company reserves the right to refuse the package and will then be returned to the Customer.
Moreover, without solid proof, the company cannot take responsibility and cover the costs  for disappearance or damage that occurred during shipment.

DADAPARIS.COM commits to investigate with the service selected carrier to keep you informed, and to reimburse you as soon as possible.

In case of nonconformity or of exercise of cancellation right, you can return your product(s) respecting the following modalities:

You have to return the products without any undue delay and at the latest within fourteen (14) days starting from the communication of your decision of cancellation.

The Products cannot be returned if they have been worn and/or washed, damages of spotted. Moreover, Products have to be carefully placed with their tags inside their original packing, in an appropriate package.

Products cannot be returned if they have been used to an extent that exceeds what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and the good functioning of the product. So, they cannot wear the sign of an extended use, exceeding the time of the fitting.

The return shipping costs are integrally charged by the DA/DA Diane Ducasse company.

For the return, you need to request your return label to our customer service by email : contact@dadaparis.com. Then, you have to print the return label and place/tape it on the carton box. Please send the package to :

Purchased items are exchangeable only into a different size and color. based on stock availability.
For an exchange, the procedure is the same as for a return.

An exchange will be at the cost of the company.

Once the DA/DA Diane Ducasse company receives your return and makes sure that all general return conditions are respected, you will receive a confirmation email and will be reimbursed in the briefest delay.
The time it takes will depend on the bank of the credit card used for the transaction.
We remind you that the date of your new credit will be the same as that of the debit, which means you will not be penalized by bank interest rates.
