Our collections are thought and worked with passion by the designer Diane Ducasse and her team of Parisian model makers. Our creations are made with the greatest care by our manufacturers in Paris center.
I need specific information about a product, who should I contact?
You can benefit from our Personal E-shopping service ; the designer Diane Ducasse will guide you virtually to choose your products and advise you according to your morphology without leaving your home. Can I try DA/DA creations before ordering ?
You can come and try our products in our boutique-apartment located at 10 rue Mayet, 75006 Paris. We welcome you from Tuesday to Saturday, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. It is best to notify us before your visit by email at email@example.com or by phone on +33 (0)6 89 52 29 73.
Does the model or size not suit you?
If unfortunately a product does not suit you, the exchange or return must take place within a maximum period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the order or withdrawal from the store. You must return the product (s) in its (their) original packaging (s) and in perfect condition. Following verification of the package, we will reimburse you for all of the returned products, excluding shipping costs.
How to return an item ?
If you want to return an item to us, the easiest way is to send us an email directly to firstname.lastname@example.org, explaining the reason for your return. The return costs will be your responsibility. You can also bring back your order directly to 10 rue Mayet, 75006 Paris ; our boutique-apartment is open by appointment from Tuesday to Saturday, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
How to exchange an item?
If you prefer to exchange your purchase, you can contact us by email at email@example.com, mentioning your order reference, the item you would like to exchange and your new choice. We will be happy to advise you !
I prefer to collect my order directly from your place, how can I come?
Our boutique-apartment is located at 10 rue Mayet, 75006 Paris (3rd floor). We welcome you from Tuesday to Saturday, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. It is preferable to make an appointment before your arrival by email firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone +33 (0)6 89 52 29 73. We will then give you the entry code. The closest subways are Duroc and Vaneau.
Delivery in France and the European Union :
Deliveries in France and the EU are handled by Colissimo, Mondial Relay and DHL express. We offer delivery in France on orders above 300€.
Delivery abroad outside the European Union :
Deliveries outside the EU are handled by Colissimo and DHL express.
What are the delivery times ?
Packages are shipped the same day for orders placed before 3 p.m. Monday to Friday (and the next day otherwise). For deliveries in mainland France (excluding Corsica), orders placed in:
– Mondial Relay will be sent to the selected relay point within 3/5 days and will be placed on hold for 10 working days.
– Colissimo will be sent to the delivery address indicated within 48 hours.
– DHL will be dispatched to the delivery address indicated within 24 hours.
For other destinations, the delivery time depends on the country of delivery.
What are the shipping costs ?
The delivery costs appear in the shopping bag and are automatically calculated with each addition of product. Costs depend on the chosen service provider and on the shipping address.

Where is my order delivered ?
For every order placed on our website, you will receive an email reminding you of the delivery address you have provided to us. Your shipping address is also available on your DA/DA account in the dashboard.
How can I change my shipping address ?
You can change your shipping address in your DA/DA account address book. Please note that you can no longer change the shipping address once your order has been placed. If you notice an error after confirming your order, do not hesitate to send us an email at email@example.com so that we can rectify it as soon as possible.
Is it possible to track my order ?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link that allows you to follow the progress of your order on the the transporter’s website.
Has my order been shipped yet ?
Your order status is indicated in your DA/DA account dashboard. When the status is « shipped », your order has left our warehouse. If you have any doubts, do not hesitate to contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
What should I do if my package arrives damaged ?
We ask you not to receive a damaged package (damaged, open, damaged cardboard) ; it is imperative to refuse it. Packages leaving our warehouse are intact and must be delivered to you in impeccable condition. If no reservations have been made, we will unfortunately not be able to take into account any disappearances or deterioration, or to make any compensation.
Should I pay for the customs duties and importation taxes?
Any order placed on our website and delivered outside of France may be subject to possible taxes and customs duties which are imposed when the parcel reaches its destination. These customs duties and any taxes related to the delivery of an item are payable by the customer and are his responsibility.
